Refunds for services purchased on CLOUT are handled directly between the buyer and the seller. CLOUT acts as a platform to facilitate transactions and does not directly provide the services listed by sellers.
CLOUT platform fees are non-refundable. Platform fees are charged at the time of the transaction and cover the cost of providing the CLOUT marketplace, payment processing infrastructure, and seller tools.
