CLOUT provides a platform for sellers to create public profiles and accept payments for their services. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Payments are processed through Stripe. CLOUT may charge a platform fee on transactions. All fees are clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction.
You may not use CLOUT for illegal activities, fraud, harassment, or to sell prohibited goods or services. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting content, you grant CLOUT a license to display and distribute that content on the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your settings.
CLOUT is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CLOUT after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
